Christmas 2009 at the Riverbend Kumon Centre
Our 14th Annual Christmas Store at the Riverbend Kumon Centre! Students went shopping for wonderful gifts with their Kumon Dollars!
Students at the Riverbend Kumon Math and Reading Centre went shopping the week prior to Christmas at the 2009 Christmas Store. For 14 years we have been hosting this fun event for all of our December students. .
Students attending Kumon in December have a fabulous selection of items to buy with their Kumon dollars. This is a very special event and always great fun for the students and the helper- elves.
Students were able to purchase fun items for themselves, gifts for parents, siblings and friends.
Every year, we offer this special treat for our DECEMBER students Students were able to shop after their classwork was completed, or on their regular class day, even if they couldn't stay for their in-class session.
Kumon dollars are earned throughout the year for excellent homework -- so not only do our students excel in school, build confidence and demonstrate excellent skills; they have lots of money to buy rewards throughout the year and hopefully some left to go shopping in December!
